Separate logins and roles
Owner, manager, accountant, cashier, teacher, parent and staff each get their own login. People only see the screens and actions their role allows — for example, a cashier cannot change prices.
Every action linked to a person
Bills, bookings and changes are linked to the user who made them, and our products keep an activity log, so you can see who did what.
Backups you control
You can download a full backup of your data, and we set up backups when we install the software for you.
Your data stays your business’s
We use your data only to run and support your software. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Private demos only
There is no public demo site. We show the software one-to-one, on a call or at your site, so nobody else sees your business details.
Free tools run on your device
Our free online tools work inside your browser. Your figures, images and documents are not uploaded.
Common questions
Who can see my data?
Only the people you give logins to, and only the screens their role allows. Our support team accesses your system only when you ask for help.
Can I take my data out?
Yes. You can download a backup of your data, and reports can be exported where the product supports it.
What if a staff member leaves?
Turn off their login. Because everyone has their own login, you do not need to change everyone’s password.
Where is the data kept?
It depends on the setup we agree: on your own PC or server at your site, or online. We explain the options in the quote.
