Cloudy, our website assistant
Cloudy answers from information already published on soft2cloud.com and runs inside your browser. Your questions are not sent to any AI company. If you use the microphone button, your browser turns your speech into text using its own speech service (in Chrome and Edge this is provided by Google or Microsoft); Cloudy only receives the text. To improve the answers, the text of a question (with any numbers removed) is counted anonymously in Google Analytics; please do not type personal details. Only when you tap a WhatsApp button does your message open in WhatsApp for you to send.
What we collect
This website does not have accounts and does not store the messages you write in the contact form. When you press “Send on WhatsApp” or “Send by email”, your message opens in your own WhatsApp or email app and you decide whether to send it.
Free tools
All free tools run inside your browser. Numbers, text, documents and images you enter are not sent to Soft2Cloud. Some tools save a draft in your browser’s local storage so it is there when you come back; you can clear it by clearing your browser data.
Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the contact page shows a Google Maps map. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful; it may set cookies. The currency converter fetches exchange rates from open.er-api.com, and the gold and zakat tools fetch approximate metal prices from gold-api.com. These services may see your IP address as part of a normal web request. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages.

Data you keep in Soft2Cloud software you license is handled under the agreement for that software.
